January.

Continuing with the "if you can't be them, join them" theme, Ingrid and I spent a good chunk of time this morning outside, where we played several games of Simon Says, and ran around the house about 52 times pretending to be Rapunzel escaping from Mother Gothel.  It was a good time.  I took 131 photos.  Thank the Lord for the digitalization of the SLR.  I edited that number down to 30/ish....now I will share a few with you!

Ingrid loves all things numbers & alphabet.  She can repeat her ABC's pretty well and loves to count!

Monday quickly.

My heart swells with love for this girl more and more everyday.  

This morning's highlights:  Tying blankets up as cape's, which clearly indicates to Ingrid that we were playing "Rapunzels".  Makes sense.  We had some good fun.

Typically, I am a Minnesota winter girl all-the-way.  I love when it's so freezing that my toe's hurt, it means that I've been outside and I deserve to go inside, curl up by the fire & drink some hot tea.  But, this year January is clearly having some identity issues as it disguises itself as April.  So we figure, if you can't beat em'-join em'.
